Shipping Information
Basketball hoops are available for delivery Canada-wide and are shipped out within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If you wish to ship at a later time, please let us know in the order notes.
Pick Up
Our warehouse and showroom is located in Mississauga, Ontario and our team will contact you to confirm pick-up details (time, suitable vehicle, etc).
Installation
All instructions are provided online in our resource center and in the box. Installation is easy with a few friends, through your local contractor, or have our professional team install.
FAQs
Can the traveler be dunked on?
Yes, before the traveler is ready for maximum play, counter-weight must be installed in the base enclosure. These blocks are specified in the assembly manual and are available at any home building store.
What if the ground is uneven or sloped?
The City Hoops Traveler Hooped is equipped with leveling actuators. While using a level on the base, you'll be able adjust all 4 corners to ensure your hoop is level to ensure a professional playing experience.
Where do you ship?
We ship coast to coast across Canada. Pick-up is also available at our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario.

City Hoops Basketball Hoops are built to outlast and offer a limited lifetime warranty covering all basketball play.
