Refund, Returns and Exchanges Policy

At DIY Court Canada, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.

If the product has shipped, return shipping costs will be the purchaser's responsibility. Items may not be exchanged or returned after the 30-day post-purchase period has expired.

This policy applies to items purchased directly from diycourt.ca and does not apply to products purchased through other retailers.

Product Refund & Return Conditions

1. If the product has not shipped:

2. If the product has shipped and is returned unopened:
   

• The product may be returned at the purchaser’s expense, excluding original shipping costs.

• Refunds will be processed after inspection to confirm the product is unopened.
  
  

3. If the product has shipped and has been opened:
   

• The product may be returned at the purchaser’s expense, excluding original shipping costs.

• A 25% restocking and repackaging fee will apply.

• Refunds will be processed after inspection to confirm all parts are included and undamaged.

How To Return A Product

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Us: Email sales@diycourt.ca with your order number, photos and reason for return.

2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization reference number and shipping instructions.

3. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is securely packaged and include all original components.

4. Ship the Product: Use the return shipping address provided. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Sport Tile Court Kits

• DIY Court Canada cannot accept any returns or refunds on sport tile court kits once production has been confirmed. These courts are made to order and are non-returnable.

Cushion X Premium Acrylic Surface

• DIY Court Canada cannot accept any returns or refunds on Cushion X products once your order has been confirmed.

• These materials are made to order and customized for your specific space, making them non-returnable.

Laykold Acrylic Products

• DIY Court Canada cannot accept any returns on Laykold Acrylic products once production has been confirmed. Due to the nature of these products, they are made to order and are non-returnable.

Installation Services By Our Team

• DIY Court Canada understands that unforeseen variables may impact your installation schedule. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your agreed installation date.

• If installation services are canceled within 7 days of the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the installation cost may apply. This fee accounts for the time reserved for your project and associated costs.

• If unforeseen issues arise that were not outlined prior to the scheduled installation time, our trained installers will work to find a practical solution to ensure a successful installation.

• If the site is not prepared to the standards outlined in our pre-installation instructions, and this results in additional time, travel, or materials, additional charges may apply.

• If significant issues not disclosed by the customer cause delays, our installers will document the situation and communicate the details to your account manager, who will discuss potential solutions with you.

Installation Services Not By Our Team

• DIY Court Canada provides all necessary information, guidance, and support to help you or your hired contractors successfully complete your installation. We’re here to assist you every step of the way, including offering optional assisted installation services if needed.

• While we are available to answer questions and provide advice, DIY Court Canada is not responsible for any damage to products or improper installation work performed by others.

• We encourage you to follow our detailed installation instructions carefully and use qualified professionals if you are not installing the products yourself.

• If you encounter challenges during installation, our team is available to provide remote support or recommend solutions to help you achieve the best results.

• Please inspect all products upon delivery to ensure they arrive in good condition. Any damage caused during transit should be reported immediately for resolution.
