Cushion Underlay Installation

Surface Preparation
Before installing a cushion underlay, the court is inspected to identify any low spots (bird baths) and then corrected. Other steps include clearing of vegetation, ground footings, and addressing any imperfections.
Cushion Mat Installation
The lightweight and flexible 4mm mat layer is precisely installed using a two-component polyurethane. This mat can be installed on new asphalt, concrete, or an existing surfaced court.
Traditional Acrylic Surface
Once the cushion mat underlay is installed, a traditional acrylic coating system is installed with your choice of game lines.
Indoor Facility Preparation
The existing surface is inspected to identify low spots and any obstacles remaining from previous use, which are then addressed to ensure optimal court performance.
Indoor Facility Mat Installation
Cushion underlay mats are installed using a two component polyurethane following ground preparation and a thorough surface cleaning to ensure maximum adhesion and stop any risk of delamination.
