Laykold - 1k PrimeSeal (Concrete Primer AND Sealer)

Laykold 1K PrimeSeal is an advanced concrete primer designed to stabilize modern concrete surfaces and improve adhesion for Laykold coating systems. It creates a uniform barrier that reduces dusting, controls high pH conditions, and promotes long-term system performance.

Additionally, 1K PrimeSeal can be used as a standalone, non-yellowing concrete sealer that improves abrasion, weather, and stain resistance. 

Single-component, water-based formula (no mixing required) Comes in a 5-gal pail or 30-gal barrel.

Apply by squeegee at approximately 1 gallon per 200 sq ft (two applications required)
Milky-white consistency allows for excellent penetration and sealing of the concrete surface.

Tack-free in approximately 20–60 minutes, depending on temperature, humidity, and airflow.

Compatible with common surface prep methods including shot blasting (CP3 profile) or broom finish with acid etching.

Surface should be properly prepared, clean, and free of contaminants prior to application.
